Raising our vibrations with journalling

I recently released a series of journals designed to raise our collective vibration. Unsurprisingly, they are called the Raising Vibrations Series and there are six (soon to be seven) books in the series.

I am aware that not everyone finds journalling easy. In fact, some people look at the blank page and simply don’t know where to begin.
— Alyssa Curtayne

I often look out at the world and see the pain and suffering in others and wonder what I could possibly do to help. And, the only thing I can do is to help others as I have helped myself out of my own pain and suffering.

Journalling has been a life-saver for me.

It has been my friend and confidant at times when I felt I didn’t have anyone I could unload on. I can say the craziest things in the journals and although 35 years of my journals are all in a storage box, they are like a friend, a history, and a celebration of my journey to get to where I am today.

Our Raising Vibrations Series are available here.

As a writer, I find journalling easy. And, I suspect it has made my writing stronger because I am more sensitive to ideas and describing my emotions on the page and helping me to find my authorial voice. But I am aware that not everyone finds journalling easy. In fact, some people look at the blank page and simply don’t know where to begin. So, I created a simple, easy-to-use, five-minute format that anyone can use. It asks only three questions every day.

Each journal has a different theme and every day the prompts are the same. The journals are Love, Joy, Gratitude, Empowerment, Confidence, and Connection - these are things that raise our vibrations, and the world definitely needs more of these things! If each of us does the work on our stuff and bring more of these things into our lives, it can be contagious and in that way, by working on ourselves, we can change the world.
